Kalasha International Film and TV Market is scheduled to take place from 29th till 31th March 2023 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre, Tsavo Ballroom in Nairobi, Kenya.
This will be the 6th edition of the Kalasha Market, and the focus will be on Film Distribution.
The 3-day trade fair will be showcasing filming activities offering high level interaction through conferences, workshops, business-to-business opportunities and pitching sessions.

Rwanda Development Board in partnership with the Rwanda Film Office is pleased to announce the winners of the first Call for Projects in support of the audiovisual sector launched in September 2022.
A total of 33 film and series projects in early development (pitch, writing, rewriting) and in production phase (fiction, documentary, short films) will be supported to a tune of over Rwf184 million.

This year, the festival innovates by adding the categories “Graduation film” and “Best African film” in addition to the standard categories which include feature films; short films and TV series.
